How booking works

A booking exists only when we issue written confirmation by email and your deposit is received. Verbal conversations, messages and provisional quotes are never a confirmed booking — this protects your dates and your money.
Your driver or our office phones you the day before travel to introduce themselves and re-confirm every detail. During the journey, the team stays reachable for support.
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking; the balance is due 7 days before travel. Changes to a confirmed booking are accepted by email only and take effect once we confirm them back to you — a declined change never cancels your original booking. Quotes are based on the details you give us, and any terms stated in your written quote take precedence.
